Shearwater Advisers Ltd are a UK Company established to provide consultancy and management services for propriatary investment companies established as special purpose companies. Shearwater designs funding models for the sole use of these SPCs unique to the individual projects. As part of preliminary project screening, Shearwater undertakes a number of pre-funding services ahead of presentation of a particular investment opportunity to the investment committee.
